Brendan is a designer and strategic thinker. He has experience in private and affordable housing, residential and high-density mixed-use schemes.
This has provided a firm foundation to strongly position himself in the emerging BTR sector as a knowledgeable designer and thought leader.
Brendan combines strong conceptual and creative intelligence with a solid practical bias. His strategic and analytical thinking allows ‘big picture’ thinking to be supported by appropriate levels of granular detail to create inspiring and deliverable solutions.

Audra is an experiential corporate trainer, speaker, turn-around advisor, consultant and coach in retail, hotel, residential, mixed use, property and hospitality.
She brings experience across residential, mixed use and hospitality in the UK and USA.
Former Deputy Chair for The Retail Trust Committee, she is particularly focused on customer experience; starting with purpose, people and property
Chief Marketing Officer
James worked as a brand and strategic consultant across a variety of industries and brings knowledge of how other sectors work to property.
Coming from a customer and future stance, James offers a very different approach to property design and marketing.
Together with running a property marketing consultancy James has been a keynote speaker at events such as MIPIM, RESI, PW Student Living and PW Retirement Living.
